OVERVIEW OF THE TRANSMISSION METHODS:
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation technology offers printing of textiles in digital quality. The artwork is first transferred to a sublimation paper, and then with high pressure and temperature transferred to the fabric by a process called Termosublimation. Then the artwork becomes part of the material and the life of the printing is practically identical to the life of the substance.
For printing using this technology it does not matter the quantity of numbers, logos, sponsors and other details. Everything is included in the price.
FLEX & DIGI FLEX
Flex Printing is suitable for transferring small solid colour numbers and logotypes. The foil is carved on the cutting plotter and then by the transfer press ironed onto textiles. These prints are soft, resistant to mechanical damage. The Digi Flex motif is printed with an eco-solvent printing on a special iron film and then transferred. After ironing, the film will gain the fancy shine and structure of the underlying textiles. Suitable for producing small logos, and similar. These prints must not be ironed after washing!
MACHINE EMBROIDERY
Machine embroidery is a traditional technology for the application of logos to textiles. We embroider on Japanese embroidery machines TAJIMA. The yarn is used mainly by the MADEIRA brand. The choice is available in approximately 600 shades, different strengths, and material.
TACKLE TWILL
Tackle Twill is a traditional technology for the application of numbers and names in the NHL and MLB designs. The numbers and names are machine-carved and can be applied in up to three layers. These are then manually applied and stitched onto our textiles. This process is used mostly for hockey and basketball jerseys to achieve a professional and quite unique appearance.
SUBLI TWILL
This kind of modern technology is useful for creating complex logos, when there is no possibility to use machine embroidery and when applications must look more professional than the Digi Flex or the Thermo-transfer method. The material used here is the same used with the Tackle Twill method. Then it is digitally sublimated and edges manually or mechanically stitched on the edge. Then the logo is stitched onto our textiles.
